Back Rack and Toolbox?

2012 Regular Cab 4x4

I was wondering if anybody has installed a Back Rack and a cross bed toolbox, and how they did it on their Tacoma. I understand that there's Back Rack mounting hardware specifically made for toolboxes but I'm trying to find out how it mounts to the bed, (preferably using the bed rail system, not drilling through the bed). Thanks!
