how long did the process take? from the time you signed the dotted line with the builder...

who is the builder, by the way?

 

Perry Homes is the builder and it took us from the time we broke ground on January 9th to this Thursday so 108 days total but they shoot between 90 and 120 days to build a home which sounds about right by the time we signed the papers the week before. They have been awesome to deal with and they are finishing building in my neighborhood soon but they are opening a brand new one right next door to mine.

 

Howdy from Liberty Hill. We picked up our Tacoma last Tuesday. There is a lot to learn. We are not new to 4x4s, we have owned JEEPs since 03. Traded in my wife's 07 Wrangler Unlimited for the Tacoma. I am curious about JAMBO. Just what is it?

Last trip to Port A and the same thing happened to me, BSM failed. Dealership fixed it without issue.

We are the ONLY gun shop in Liberty Hill. The name is A Texas Girl's Guns. The shop is on Hwy 29 about 1/4 mile west of the signal light at Hwy 29 and Ranch Road 1869. We are open Tue-Sat. Come on over.

 

Do you have an independent inspector? We hired one, and he was the best $450 we ever spent. Went over the build sheet with a fine-toothed comb, and pointed out all the mistakes the crew was making. Where some other houses in my neighborhood are having weird issues (homes are 4 years old now) mine isn't. USAA even lowered our homeowner's insurance because of it.
