Could be. It's like a ping or something. Maybe it needs some cat whiskers on the string.

Did you check youtube and see if anyone else has the same noise as you? Call Bowtech, I'm sure if it was an issue with the box, they would be interested to figure it out to prevent future problems?

I ordered another one of those Orbit dampeners and installed it on the upper riser, so there is one on the top and one on the bottom. Problem solved. Must just be the shape of their riser that reverberates or the Orbit only on the lower was forcing all the vibration up top IDK, but it sounds much better now.

It's crazy how fast it comes. I've been shooting ever day at least a few arrows. Mostly working on my form and controlling my anxiety.

Not me. I'm a shooting procrastinator. I probably won't start until late August/early September. I keep all of my hunting shots at 35 yards and under though.
Actually, I've only shot 2 deer at 35, all of the others have been well under that.

Avg. 36 arrows a day. Range from 20-40yds. I want to replace my string before it gets too late in the season. Hopefully I can drop it off before my business trip next week so it will be ready when I get back. Get out there and practice! T-minus 3mo.!!

I shoot every day, between 50-200 arrows depending. I've got a Matrix M1 target on the way. Tired of destroying those garbage Morrell bags

Stings stretched on the SR6 again. I really need to learn how to adjust the peep myself.

Are their any good tutorials on doing this? Don't I just have to tighten it by adding some serving on on end to get it back into alignment?

You may or may not have to add some twists to your strings. You'll either need a bow press or go to your local pro shop.
Side note. Pisses me off to no end that bow manufacturers charge what they do for new bows and put shit strings on. My Hoyt Hyperforce was $1100 for the bare bow. I was back SIX times last year because the Fuse strings are garbage. I was told you could replaces them with brand ****** custom strings for $200. Looked at the tech with a AYFKM look, and said maybe Hoyt could put decent strings on. 'Specially since they admit the strings are shit.

When my old Hoyt blew a string I went to a guy that has been working on Hoyt bows forever. Set me up with custom made strings. Wasn’t cheap but considering the price of new bows it was a steal. I made the mistake of trying a new bow on his indoor range. I took one shot and put it back. Couldn’t afford it lol. So I hope this one will last me a long time...

Was thinking the string may need to be turned and no way can I do that myself without a press.

Luckily the bow adjustments are taken care of because I bought the bow from my shop. I'd be pretty mad considering what I paid for this bow. I hope the string are finally settled though.

I just need to learn how to adjust this peep myself. I can't keep running down to the shop every time a minor adjustment needs to be made.

It may be worth some custom strings if that means I'm done running back and forth to the shop.
