Anytime fog light mod?

Has anyone done the "Anytime Fog Light" mod? I know a lot of people have done it on their 2nd gen. but I haven't seen it done on the 3rd gen. yet? Maybe I just missed it?

 

My first thought is that that seems like a great way to forget that your headlights are off at night but, since I too hate it when somebody's first response is to discourage me from doing the thing I'm curious about, I believe this may be relevant to your interests.

Was gonna do it on my 07 Xr but had a accident now i have no fogs becuase progressive is a scam

 

im confused. my 21 sr5 can have just the fog lights on at anytime, either with or without the headlights being on (low beams only).... is that what you are referring to?

No cutting wires. Just bend the tab of the relay and jumper to power. (Relays are cheap and can be returned to stock easily)

 

NO! mine can do that.
I want the fogs on with the DRL and the Low or High Beams.

 

The Brite Box only allows the fogs to be on with the high beams correct?? Does the Brite Box allow the fogs to be on with the DRL's?

 

That’s for 2nd gens, doesn’t work on 3rd gens. Read the whole linked thread, there’s a few ways, mine is the least invasive, cheapest, with the fewest parts.

 

It allow fogs anytime with a switch with any lights on or off. I'd have to check DRLs.

Turn everything on then click your high beams on and get out and look. I bet the fogs aren't on anymore.
