FYI, the guy who posted that makes some of the best files on Fireshare, so the .dxf file will be solid.

Thanks for being a good friend!

I am going to run return home if I stay here I will keep wasting away I almost lost it the other day

I had very good friend killed in very brutal way She will enjoy her I&I in Valhalla She was a woman I would have loved

I would have killed someone for some anti Israel speech I ramped so fast I was reaching for something that was not there. That was while I always worked with a female partner.

Thanks with sharing your pictures I need to go blow something up I miss those days

If you wanted to use some of them and make a bit more expensive version of this sign, set your compensation to center on whichever ones you want to re-use and use no lead-in. This mostly eliminates the pierce hole. Then you can make a backplate by making a copy of the outer perimeter and cutting that separate.

To use that center compensation, just make a separate toolpath for those letters. You can still include them in one set of G-Code by just selecting them both in the tree before selecting Post Process.

Its an easy way to add more color without a lot of extra taping hassle. Like this one I made has a white backplate that shows through around the letters on the re-used "Aces" letters.

    Local college logo.

Oh I was being facetious; the cut outs just look so good but I'd never repurpose them.

Steel is affordable enough to just toss drops and whatnot; $71 for new cold-rolled 16 gauge at 4' x 8'.

If someone nearby could use them, I'd happily give away all my drops with a little more effort to keep them clean but not worth the hassle. I like to stick to 16 gauge for any signs as anything thinner just feels 'cheap'.

    Those look good btw!

use them to make a layered sign, offset +/- from the main sign depending on the look your going back ground one color letters or main sign on standoffs each can have there own paint style depending on the sign. and the background plate would give a base for backlighting the sign with a RGBW LED strip
