You can do both - join in the pizza thread AND go to the gym!!

I'm about to go run a couple miles to make up for eating almost half that pizza for dinner the other night
Not even gonna talk about the biscuits I made this morning . . .

    i make hella good carbs . . . [pizza, tortillas, bread, etc. . .]
if i were better about my diet, i'd look pretty ripped

i'm working on it - knockin out the junk a little bit at a time
the gym i can do, changing the way i eat [which wasn't even bad before] has been much harder
    :notsure:

Didnt matter what we ate when we were younger......
Still put on muscle & looked ripped, jacked, etc...
Now that were older, everything needs to be on point to progress if you want to look like Stallone...:D
Its a lifestyle I chose to live, better myself, discipline....
Ive got nothing to focus on but myself now...
I have my cheat days, not scheduled, just occasionally, when it just happens, or the girl wants to get some dinner with friends but still try to make some healthy choices...
I dont get the carne asada fries.....

I haven't had a good doughnut in a long time-
I resisted the fresh Krispy Kreme's last time I was in Winston, I was very proud of myself

Back to the carb sensible diet. Modified Fathead Dough Pizza for dinner tonight. 6 grams per slice for the double pepperoni and 8 grams for the Canadian Bacon and pineapple. It was delicious and the crust was perfect

From my midwest roots: Canadian Bacon and Sauerkraut. The second pizza is pepperoni, jalapeño, hot honey drizzle.

I caved & got a slice yesterday while at Costco buying golden eggs.....
Freaking our local Walmart is trying to price gouge due to the situation, 60ct cheap gv eggs normally $12, they want $40...
Thread Jack, but it started with me having a cheat slice…

I was in Costco today and eggs were flying off the shelf. One person had 8 cartons in their cart.

I have one left in my freezer. Lou’s is my favorite of the chains, but not the best deep dish.

    yup, I bought 4...
went 2 weekend s a row & they had zero, buddy went Monday night, nothing...
im a health / fitness nut, when I started sourcing pasture raised eggs few years back I knew Costco had an option...
They would never have them though..
Kinda weird middle of an egg / chicken crisis they show-up..
4 out of 5 people in the store had a flat of eggs in their carts..
I went shortly after opening & seems like everyone was b-lining for the egg fridge, like it was toilet paper....
