How are you liking the Duratracs? Think i am going to pull the trigger on the same size as well. I have seen some mixed reviews on these though.

I have 2k miles on them now.

Towed my boat a couple times, no issues. They track straight. Did great in the snow, pulled good in the sand. No issues with wet roads. I really do like them.

My only issue is. Stock I was 19.5-20 mpg. Now I'm at 16-17 mpg. I could also feel a loss in power. As much driving as I do, I should of went with 255/70/17s.

What tire pressure are you running in front and rear? I have the same tires..

Have you figured out a good psi?

Contemplating putting this size tire on my 08 no lift(yet) Ive heard conflicting reports of whether they rub or not.

From what I've researched they are only .5'' taller but narrower than my 265/75/r16 stock tires

You correct on the .5" taller in theory but I would look at what the manufacture states as the true measurements. For instance KO2's in this size are 32 exactly, instead of the measurement of 32.1. I believe Coopers ST Maxx's are only 31.77 but their width is 10.2 vs the KO2's being 10.0.

The chart below helped me when picking a tire (I also switched to a different offset wheel) . I was more worried about rubbing on my UCA, which is why I went skinny.

Right now I'm at 35 front, 33 rear. (Cold psi) when I tow the boat, or haul firewood, I'll bump the rear up to 35 psi.
With my cold psi of 35f, 33r, after a couple miles they warm up to 38 front, 36 rear.

    How about you?

I think I was at 32-33 all around when discount tire mounted them. I am currently at 36, cold, on all 4 corners. I am going to see how high it goes up when warm. I think I may lower in the rears like you are doing. I have to look into doing the chalk test. Haven't done one before, I just want to make sure I am at an optimal tire psi.

I'm thinking about going with this size as well. I have a set of SCS F5s in 17x8.5 4.3" BS -10 and currently stock suspension, but picking up some billies and just need to find an aal.

Are these the 17x8.5 4.3bs wheels? I am picking up a set and wanted to go with those same exact tires but was worried about the rim being a bit too wide. How are you liking the setup? I saw the off-road pic a few posts down and the tires don’t look as ballooned out.
