Anyone use these CV axles from NAPA?

Found these.. anyone use them and have feed back. Boot finally dry rotted and is leaking..

“Extreme environment”. That’s pretty much 90% of the USA..

 

Lots of owners do for the warranty. Buy oem reman and call it a day.

 

Nope. never will. I buy OEM axles.

 

One of those things where I dunno how much damage is done. My wife has been driving it for about 5000 miles. Only in 2wd.

I think they are still good, but wanna try something new.

 

^Contamination would have likely set in. Better to get a reman'd OEM axle at this point.

 

Used these CV axles from NAPA NCV944082 about $120 each new.
Blew the rear diff out 12 miles out on a 4wd trail and they pulled me out after having to use 4Lo with the locker on to get in.
No rebuilt OEMs available when I checked.
Another option is look at CVJ a Denver Co.
