Anyone running these LED tail lights for feedback? Anzo,Updated, bought a set

Looking for some feedback on these tail lights?
And do they connect to the OEM wire plugs?

They are expensive so feedback if anyone has these.

I have spent years waiting for these to be made for first gens!

 

Those are nice but price is out off my comfort zone ...

 

I just talked to them and they said they were plug and play and come with all the LED lights.

He gave me small a discount with shipping if you ask.

So will report back in a week or so

They look cool, but I personally don't like taillights that don't have amber turn signals.

When I used to have Spyder's Altezza-style lights I was constantly getting cut off by other drivers because the turn signal was the same color as the brake lights. I switched back to stock lights and other drivers tend to notice the signals better now.

New trucks have amber turn signals integrated into the mirrors as well, so it's not as important for them to use amber on the taillights. But without side mirror lighting it's harder to tell the difference.

 

These were plug and play! For 1995-2000,
2001-2004 need a jumper wire.

They definitely fit in with the older 1st style

 

Can always just replace the stock bulbs with LEDs, I know it's different but another idea. I did it, and especially like the reverse LED bulbs, more of a bright blue/white, than the stock yellow.

 

What’s the reverse light look like?

 

That’s what I did before, just going for a newer different look.
These lights, the quality it actually very good, not thin piece of cheap plastic

 

I will see if I can get one tonight,
But they are plenty bright with the LED bulbs.

 

You can see the lower lens for the backup light is actually clear, so the backup lights will be as bright as what ever power LED you put in that bulb slot.
You can see the LED backup bulb pretty easily through the plastic lens here.

The Anzo will be MUCH MUCH brighter just because it’s a clear lens and the OEM
is a filtered white plastic lens

Maybe not quite that bright, but basically the same color difference. It is brighter than stock though so does help to see behind better when backing up.
