I got a friend that can get me half off Goodyear tires and this close to Xmas I'm taking him up on his offer. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm considering going to a mud terrain this time instead of AT

Duratracs are great. You have a ton of fun sliding all over the place on wet roads and your odds of running someone over are way lower because everyone hears you coming. And most importantly they look rugged.

I guess I don’t mash the pedal enough for this, they do get loud when they get higher mileage on them. Had them on 3/4 ton trucks, 2 and 4 door Jeeps and the Tacoma. Just my 2 cents though.

I'm currently on my 2nd set of Wrangler Authority's. got 60K out of the first set & was a little less than half tread tread when one had got a bubble in the sidewall. I absolutely love these tires.

I have Kenda Klevers on my tundra. Noisy but I like the noise. Doesn’t bother me one bit. They’ve been great in rain, dry and awesome in snow

Goodyear's rubber compound is garbage. I swear all of their tires harden into a rock after a year. Sure it may last 80k miles but you'll hate driving on them.

Yup, this...... but I love my wranglers. I drive up to the mountain at least twice a week to snowboard, they handle the snow super well. But ya, they suck ass in the rain

The same shit everyone else has.
    Happy with my Duratracs.

I can get about 50k miles out of them before they start to get loud and wear funny.

Duratracs...I'm on my 3rd set now. Sidewalls are thinner than some of the other options but it's only been an issue for me when I was lazy and didn't air down.

Doesn't rain much here but they work well for me in the snow. I replace them after 4 winters, regardless of mileage because they usually have several thousand miles of use sired down at that point and that's about when any tire is going to give you reduced traction due to the rubber deteriorating.

Duratracs!! Way better than KO2, it’s quieter way better on wet tarmac, and good off-road.

KO2 is average in all aspects. A jack of all trades and a master at none.
