Looking to replace/upgrade my rear suspension. Doing a 1.5" aal and came across these while looking at rear shock options: https://eibach.com/us/i-2915-pro-truck-sport-shock-single-rear-for-lifted-suspensions-0-1.html

Anyone running them? How do you like them? Any issues? I was going to do 5100s to match my fronts but have come across several posts about people blowing out their rears prematurely. I'm not a hardcore wheeler but I do haul my motorcycle to trackdays and such. Thanks in advance.

I have them in the rear, and I'm ordering the front struts to match soon. I really like them so far, but my truck is a DD/weekend warrior.

The ride on the street is much better than stock and they handled some time in Pismo just fine. Ive never had 5100s to company them to.

I run them front and rear on my double cab. Really like them a lot. Only been offroad once with them but my wife daily drives with them a lot and they're much better than stock. Going on over a year, maybe two now.

Are you running them at stock height or with additional pre-load?

The rear is stock height and running the front in the middle notch.

Middle notch means you're using your stock springs? Just got these and paperwork is a little confusing on snap ring settings. I ordered my kit with springs and Eibach said lowest setting will get you 2.5" with new springs, middle setting will get you 2.5" if reuse stock springs, sound about right? Asking someone who has actually installed them to be sure. TIA

    yes I'm using stock springs.

I'm not sure on heights with the eibach springs but you should get 2.5" if you use the top notch on the shocks with stock springs. I think the middle notch is about 1.5"
