I am running 265/70/17 and they don't rub with a 2.5" lift and didn't stock, either. Even with the heavy bumper pulling the front end down.

    I see. I was asking about 275/70R17, not 265/70R17

I already know that the 265/70R17 fits a completely stock configuration with no rubbing whatsoever

Before I pull the trigger, I just need someone else to confirm that 275/70R17 fits a stock configuration with TRD Sport wheels

I love your ARB Bumper, btw, it's my favorite out of all of them!

Hmm. It’s either going to rub, or it isn’t.
Can another person confirm that 275/70R17 fits a stock configuration with TRD Sport wheels?

There is a thread on running 275 some have, but as mentioned, wheel spacers need to move out away from UCA's.

They will rub. I tried this two days ago, I was sick and tired of waiting for my Method to be “found” by FedEx that I went to my buddies shop and mounted 275/70R17 Wildpeak at3w tires on my Sport wheels. Tire was less than an inch away from the UCA’s straight and it rubbed when turning and reversing. Wasn’t even at full lock either. I almost said F it, and ordered some spacers so they would clear the UCA’s but I’m just going to wait for my method wheels to arrive. Like others have mentioned, it’s the wheel that’s the problem. You need at least a 0mm offset wheel so it can stick out further from the UCA’s. The 4Runner pro wheel is the most popular but there are other aftermarket options that have a 0mm offset. You could also get like a -12 offset and they will clear the UCA’s no problem and it will avoid using spacers. Get a proper wheel with the correct specs and avoid spacers. The wheels that I went with are 17x9 -12mm for a little poke. For my lift, I’m running bilstein 5100’s front and rear. Front set at 1.55” and a 1” block in the rear.

Hope this helps. It’s a bummer, but it is what it is.

Thank you very much, for this clarification. I was thinking about mud terrains which means they probably would have rubbed a lot more too. I might just stick with 265/70R16

Does anyone think maybe a 33x10.5 tire with TRD Sport wheels might fit and not rub against the UCA?

    - OEM Tire size is 30.6 x 10.4 inches
    - Instead of 275/70R17, I’m now considering a 33x10.5 inch tire
    - TRD Sport wheels are 17x7.5 and have a +30 offset
