I’m running 285/75r20. They do rub my upper A arm when I back up but other than that I love them!

Since most people don’t run 18’s, or can only respond back with a “ search function “ reply, do you rub the cab mount with your set up? I have the 312’s, 1.25” spacers, 265/65’s and 2” lift currently. Would like to go with the 275 or 285 if I could get by without cutting or rubbing. I can’t justify cutting up a truck with 9G on it, used mainly on road, just for a desired look. Your insight would be gratefully appreciated.

Had to trim a bit off the lower inside of the front bumper and drill an new hole to re-pin the fender liner. Really easy to do though. It will rub slightly on the plastic fender liner in the back of the fender well when reversing but only on the passenger side for some reason. Should be able to remedy that with a heat gun, just haven't gotten around to it. Doesn't rub the cab mount though. Wheels are 18x9 -12 offset with 285/65-18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Here's a couple pics of the trimming I had to do.IMG_5347.jpg IMG_5348.jpg IMG_3782.jpg

I can handle trimming of fender liner, not much of a concern with that. I just keep looking over the tire size calculator, depending on brand of tires of course, 285’s only appear to be an inch bigger than what I’m running now. From the looks of it I’d have less than an inch between Cab mount if I go up. The liner is what I thought would be issue. I appreciate the insight my man.
