I work for a bike company and I was thinking of trying to run some Maxxis tires on my next Tacoma, for a little crossover action. The thing is that companies like BFG seem to have the best reviews and I know it's for a reason. But I was looking at the Bravo Series AT-771 in place of something like the BFG All-Terrain.

Can anyone help me out with some reviews or informed opinions?

I run Maxxis short-course tires. They're damn tough, and have held up relatively well considering they're extremely soft.
I also have Maxxis tires on my dirtbike, which I love, but that probably doesn't help you...

I drive 30 miles a day to and from work five days a week, so I would need something that wears fairly slowly. But I also want something that will be good for when I want to drive some 4-wheel trails with the missus.
