Has anybody ordered from toptoyotaparts.ca, based out of Scarborough, Ontario?

Their prices seem lower than the dealership, but are they reputable? Similar American sites get mixed reviews...

No, I went with Rock Auto. The guy at the local parts store recommended them. He said that a lot of their customers order from them when they can't get the parts here.

It's an American company, but the part arrived in less than a week.

Toyota has distribution agreements with dealers that prevent new OEM parts from being sold by non-dealers. Therefore the only legit web sites for OEM parts are run by the dealers themselves, for example:
    https://parts.scarboroughtoyota.ca

Toyotapartsdirect.ca is also legit, run by a dealer in London.

The prices are lower than going to the parts counter at the same dealer (where they usually charge MSRP), but you pay shipping when ordering from the website.

I've ordered from toyotapartsdirect.ca a few times. They're legit. Sometimes takes a few days after placing order for parts to ship. If you're not in a hurry, they're fine.

I had tried ordering a spare set of TRD Pro wheel centre caps from them after seeing on their site that they were "in stock" and at a price much lower than any other online OE vendor. I ordered them and then a few days later got an e-mail stating from a rep there stating that Toyota wouldn't let them sell them unless I provided a VIN and that the requested part # corresponded with that VIN. So I sent the VIN of my '23 TRD Pro, thinking "no problem". Well, I then received a reply stating that they couldn't sell me the caps as my VIN denoted that my truck was NOT a TRD Pro!!(?)

    WTF ?!

Anyways, I gave up as I assumed that they figured out that their price was much lower so consequently this was their way to weasel out of the sale. I won't be going back....

I ordered about $ 1000 of parts from Top Toyota Parts last week. Got all my parts withing 4 days. My usual suppliers, Toyota Parts Direct and Toyota Wholesale Parts didn't have some of the parts I needed, they were listed as BO, no ETA (I was actually told it could take 6 months!). After a bit of searching and inquiring, Top Toyota had em at a good sale price, so I just ordered without looking at their credentials. I admit that I got scared a few hours later when I started looking on google for a bit more info. No phone #, no info on the mentioned address, and on google street view, the address seems like an abandoned building. When I received my parts, boxes were labeled "Toyota On The Park" which is a dealership near the provided address.

Not sure if it's 100% legit, but got my parts, which were new genuine Toyota, so what they advertise seems true. I would order from them again if in a bind, but usually, Toyota Parts Direct and Toyota Wholesale Parts have slightly better prices and definitely seem more legit.
