Cheapest offroad bumper on the market for our trucks is probably the Trail Gear tube bumper, around $500 I think.

Otherwise your best bet is to keep your eyes open for a good used deal

yeah you're not going to find any plate bumpers for our trucks in that price range, unless you buy a DIY kit like from Coastal Offroad or Northwest Trail Innovations for around $450 and then weld it together yourself (or pay someone else to).

Cheapest plate bumpers I've seen fully assembled around probably at least $800 or so. Sometimes if you keep your eyes peeled for the 20% off eBay sales you can get a good deal on the ARB plate bumper for our trucks, usually retails for $900.

Jeep stuff is dirt cheap compared to ours because Jeeps are so common that the aftermarket has to be super competitive to thrive. In our aftermarket world, not so much. We're lucky if we have a handful of vendors anymore making stuff for 1st gens lol.

I built my CBI diy bumper. I think it was $450.

Great bumper, check my build thread for a link to my build.

You looking for a plate bumper or a tube? Winch mount or no winch? If you can’t or won’t weld it yourself, expect to pay at least $500 for a tube, or $800 to $1500 for a plate bumper. You migt get a little cheaper if you dont get a winch mount.

You say “not too expensive” but what does that mean? I think my diy bumper kit from CBI was faily expensive, but I’m kind of a cheap bastard.

OP it depends just how picky you are you can buy most any used bumper you like make or have brackets made stick it on your truck.

It most likely won`t be pretty to some people but will get the job done!
