AFAIK, they don't generally run codes or coupons. They are essentially just a drop-shipper for RevolutionParts(.com) and so their entire site is provided by that platform. The platform supports coupons and codes, so we see the fields at checkout.

They are generally pretty competitive price wise with everyone else (already and without coupons), because they get their parts the same way and the platform allows each dealer to set the margin they want to clear on sales. McGeorge has already choosen one of the lower margin rates, so your "coupon" is already built in.

My recommendation is to compare their prices to a dealer powered by SimplePart(.com) - the other big OEM part distributor. You can find those at parts.toyota.com. Right now, many of them are offering free shipping on orders over $75.

McGeorge Toyota is one of the dealers listed at parts.toyota.com. Enter the zip code for Glen Allen VA, 23060. McGeorge typically has the best prices from my experience but always good to compare.

That's right, I forgot that they recently added that. They now use both suppliers - only dealer I know that does that, and good on them.

Thanks for the info. My orders are always around $500 and I always get charged shipping though.

Best advice I have is keep an eye on your emails from McGeorge. Usually 10% off shipping. They sent this Tuesday, probably on certain parts though. Perhaps your local Toyota dealer will price match McGeorge and you could pickup locally saving S&H

Shop around. Some dealers still accept FREESHIP that saves a lot of $$$$$. I usually google search the pn "12345..., free shipping" and find what I need.

I just put in an order and cross-checked prices at like 10 sites - half of them on the Revolution platform (i.e. McGeorge, Boch, Boulder), the others on SimplePart (i.e. parts.toyota.com). Conicelli in PA was the lowest price by a good margin ($20 on a $200 order) using the FREESHIP code on orders over $75. Honorable mention to Andrew Toyota in Wisconsin which is closest to me and still 2nd lowest cost even with sales tax. McGeorge was close but $40 more total after shipping, the rest were significantly higher.

For anyone east of Mississippi I'd check Conicelli. West coast take a look at Stevens Creek. The rest fall somewhere in between.

UPDATE 10/30/21: I take back what I said about Conicelli. They cancelled my order and didn't even email me to notify. Had I not checked, I would have been waiting forever. Called them and they told me it's my credit card - same one that I've bought parts with every day this week. Guy on phone basically gave me the equivalent of "oh well, don't care". F that noise, they lost my business.

UPDATE #2: Lewis Toyota of Topeka Kansas ended up cheaper than all the rest and so far their shopping cart didn't automatically cancel my stuff. Crossing fingers I don't get boned again...

usually you just keep an eye for deals with toyota. Also check south florida. I have seen some regional discounts that were baked into pricing. Freeship generally is the common ones that part.toyota.com has.

Thanks for posting. Freeship doesn't work right now for McGeorge. Bummer. It would say me $57 and change

you need to make sure also you are going through parts.toyota.com not direct to their site to get that code. Common mistake as most dealers have their own parts store front but also have toyota store front.

What I've learned, at least with McGeorge, is that they have two websites. One is "standalone" and the freeship code doesn't work. The other is part of big daddy Toyota's network, and freeship does work. The prices are marginally higher but every time I've compared the two, big daddy freeship site is still cheaper overall.

I've got it bookmarked because it's kind of hard to navigate to otherwise. I definitely recommend everyone else do that as well.
