I am in the market for a Tacoma Double Cab 4x4 SB. Pretty much impossible to find in NorCal. I did come across one that almost looks like a TX Pro Baja body style and trim. Anyone familiar with this trim package and is it better or worse than a Trd off road SB.

If it red coil springs in the front, its a Pro and its far better than other Tacoma models.

Does it have graphics on the side of the bed?

Wheels will be the beadlock wheels, will have red coils in the front, sit about 1" higher than the offroad, will have diff lock, think also had the pro headlights and bed graphics. or you can get the vin plug it in and it will tell you if its a truly a pro or not. also pictures always help us

I own a 2012 TRD Baja. It is definitely better equipped than any other model of Taco in 2012-13 model year. It was a $5k upgrade.

Here are the two I saw. One has the graphics the other doesn't. I put in the VINs and it looks like they have that package.

    2014 White Tacoma TRD Baja
I just bought a TRD TX Baja back in October last year. I believe it's virtually the same as the TRD Pro of those years, with a slightly different suspension more designed for higher offroad speeds, while the TRD Pro is more geared for crawling. We got a whole thread, here's the link. Technically, it's not a Pro, as the TRD Pro is a separate model. It's the TRD T/X Baja

They come with Rear locker, outlet in the bed, bilstein 9100 suspension, extra lift, plastic floors instead of carpet, the gunmetal gray faux-beadlock wheels, and some of them also have graphics along the bedsides. Mine used to, but they were already removed when i bought it. still had a bit of adhesive left on there. They were a limited production run, I think 1500 of each color made?

Looking at the two pics I posted are they essentially the same vehicle but with different front bumpers?

certainly looks like it, the bottom pic has an aftermarket plate bumper.

i'm not 100% sure so i would look into it, but I was under the belief that the Bajas only came with the Grey beadlock wheels which are exclusive to the baja, but it's certainly possible they swapped out for black or painted/dipped them. Vin number will be the best method of checking when you're looking to buy.

Those(or at least the 2nd Tacoma) appear to be the TX Pro which is the edition above the TRD Offroad and below the Baja. The TX Pro’s suspension is the same as the Offroad’s, just has the black beadlock style wheels and TRD exhaust in addition
