Anyone else here grandfathered in on Geico's MBI warranty?

When I bought my Tacoma new in '03, I got Geico's extended warranty, which goes for around $30/year. They call it Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI). $250 deducible, it covers everything aside from regular maintenance (tires, exhaust, brakes, etc.) and anything caused by rust. The warranty expires at 100,000 miles. But, there was a little loophole...

It turns out that if you got the warranty before, I believe, 2004, and you're in NY State, Geico can't cancel it on you at 100,000 as long as you own the vehicle. There was some NY law against it, and I'm grandfathered in on this. I didn't know it at the time, it was really just luck.

I'm at 244,000 miles, and I'm almost embarrassed by how much Geico has paid for repairs on it. Many, many thousands of dollars, over 10 times what I've paid in my annual premiums for 19 years. And the people at the MBI Department are exceptionally helpful and friendly whenever I make a claim. They've never tried to deny any claim, and a couple of the reps there have told me that I'm one of only a few guys left on the never-ending warranty. It's only NY people from pre-2004. I think at this point they get a kick out of helping me to keep it running.

Clutch, suspension, power steering, multiple full e-brake replacements, etc. They've taken care of it. And with Toyota replacing the frame a few years ago, and the body in exceptional shape, I don't plan on really ever getting a new truck. Anyone else here still on this lifetime Geico MBI plan?
