try getting a bit of disc brake grease on two fingers (with a glove, of course) and rub it into the inner and outer portions of the coil of the return spring. you may also grease the pivot points on the assembly. this seems to work better than stuff like lithium because it's thicker and won't run off. this works for most although some have different issues or methods.

welcome to TW by the way.

I used some Permatex Brakes Grease a couple months ago. Get under your dash and put it everywhere in the pedal where there are parts moving against each other. Haven't heard and squeak since. Actually forgot I had the issue.

Thanks for the welcome and quick responses. Should I also grease up the master cylinder push rod?

I was down there this afternoon trying to identify where the noise was coming from. I think it’s the clutch pedal spring holder, but could also be the spring itself, or the pedal bushing.

Are all MTs eligible for TSB? Even if out of warranty?

I thought i was going crazy with this issue. Glad I found this post and about the tsib. Didn't expect it from a brand new truck tbh, i complained at my first oil change service and they did the tsib for me since they had the parts on hand (which apparently is rare now days). So thanks guys'!

Ask the dealer about T-SB-0112-19. They'll replace the pedal and the master cylinder. Have them adjust the pedal height when they're done. I didn't and my pedal height was too high.

Added brake disc grease this morning to all moving parts. Good at first then it started to come back. I’m 90% sure my squeak is coming from the rod going into the master cylinder after inspecting it some more... added another application to the the rod and master cylinder and all noise is gone. Will see if it lasts...

Put the grease where the rod contacts the pedal. Easy application with a q-tip. That's what fixed it for me about a year ago. No issues since.

I know it's a bit tight under there but find pushing the pedal down with my left hand to cycle the pedal exposes more for you to reach up there. I use those long wooden Q-Tips and probably do it once a year or so and it's totally silent.

There is a TSB for it so the dealership should fix it.

I finally got it! after studying some TW threads, I went to the slave cylinder and carefully removed the boot from housing that covers the transmission and applied a brush with grease to the fork ball.
Then I saw a video showing the opening the boot has facing rear where you can insert lubricant with a nozzle or grease without removing the boot at all! easy!

I don't have a picture of it. But try some dry Teflon lube on the spring and pivot points of the pedal
