If you have the cash, get these. A quick click of the fog light switch changes them from white to yellow.
Personally, there are only a few times a year when I'll need the yellow, so the rest of the time they're just white driving lights.

I got them when they were just being released, so they were heavily discounted. One of the best mods I've done.

Those will perform horribly in the stock fog housings. They will have crazy amounts of glare and won’t project as far. For $150 you can get replacement LED housings from Morimoto!

I’ve used the Nokya h11 yellow bulbs and they work great.

I purchased the diode Dynamics SLF1 Yellow fog lights. I had nokyas but one burned out yesterday and only had them for 4 months.

Drop in LEDs like these cause excessive glare to oncoming traffic and are not legal. The correct way is to use a yellow halogen bulb, like Hella or Nokya, for the halogen assembly or swap to an SAE LED assembly like Diode Dynamics SS3 in selective yellow.

Check out SpartanXCustoms on IG. He has 3 color changing lights. They can change from bright whites, yellow, and stock halogen. It’s great for different driving conditions. They change by turning the fogs off and then on again. They always turn on bright white.

I originally went with film (for a while) but I'd rather do yellow/amber bulbs so my front end is consistent with the black and white color during the day

I wouldn't have recommended them if they performed "horribly." They work fantastic. No glare at all.

I ran yellow led bulbs for a year or so. I ordered them off Amazon. Went to BD amber fogs in my winch bumper.

They do perform horribly, the glare is excessive. You must not be aware of what to look for if making a statement like that. You cannot move an LED emitter off center and change all the lighting geometry for the lamp and not produce excessive glare. The multi-color changing LEDs use multiple emitters to achieve the color change, which means that no emitters are correctly positioned on center. It is not possible for that design to work correctly, which is why no reputable manufactures sell them.

I got a set of those also. Very cool, but had a lot of glare in the stock housing. I switched out for projector housing and now they rock. The projectors give me less periferral cover, but I use them for running lights mostly. Driver's side malfunctioned recently and they sent out a replacement under warranty fast. I rarely use strobe setting, but it was perfect when I drove an elected official in a military appreciation parade.
