Trying to offset the narrow look from the pizza cutter tires (235/85/16). Anyone with experience and suggestions on which size will work the best?

More of a money investment, but instead of spacers you'd be better off getting wheels with different offset. Quality spacers when installed correctly are fine, but I'd only really use them for a small adjustment like to fix rubbing, not a large enough one to give more stance

One thing to consider, when you go for a wider stance with tall skinny tires it will look froggy. I personally don't like that look. Stock wheels are 4.5" bs. When I had 265/75r16 with 3.75" bs wheels I thought my truck looked too froggy & hated it.

How much space? I think an inch could make look difference. Cool cheap idea
