What brand light bars behind the grille now? You wont get much light from Chinese bars.

If you want a ton of output go with a 5D light bar

I'm happy with the 30 inch Double row Chinese bar I've got in my lower grill, the 2 9s just don't seem to add enough.

Yup, truck doesn't even sleep in a garage at night.

Here's a picture of how the two used to be mounted. Now there is a piece of holed-angle(pictured) connecting the two mounts, then the lights are mounted to it.

I like the single rows best. 10 watt emitters and a good deep reflector bowl "throws" light better than shallow ones.

In whatever length you need. A double row with 10watt led's will throw out much more light than a quad row with generic reflectors and 3watt led's. Especially if you can get it in combo beam. They make up to 20" in these in double row. I have output pics of the 20" single row in my build page, among others as well as a 4d version with 15watt leds. Awesome awesome output with these. I can't imagine how a double row would be. I have all single rows of these types, a 42 and 20 in combo beams, with a pair of 8" in flood, and have way more light output than most others with generic type double rows. The 8"ers only have 4 led's for each light, and are floods, and being installed in my valence angled out a tad(where my turn signals used to be), add a TON more light to the setup. I'm planning on getting a second 42" to double stack for the roof. Heh.
