Just installed my RCI bed rack today and it had some imperfections on the powder coat. My concern is will it start to peel and flake off faster in time now because of this issue? Will it rust if exposed like this?

Shipping was a pain, obviously I’m going to contact them, I’m just wondering what will be done to fix this. Can I just paint over it lol.
