Any trust worthy mechanics by Long Beach or seal beach

I have an engine oil leak on my passenger side. I had my truck taken in for a routine oil change at west coast Toyota through the advantage care. They noticed an oil leak. They charge around $150 to do the dye stuff to detect where it’s at. Does anyone have any recommendations of a trustworthy mechanic?

You most likely need to reseal the timing cover. Or get it resealed to stop the leak

 

this isnt covered by warranty?

 

I tried a new mechanic recently, he specializes in Toyota work. Also does work for Camburg. I don’t trust him yet, as he is new to me, but I would take my truck there again if needed. Good work, faster than predicted turn around

most likely not seeing that his taco is a 17. i'd say if it were covered by warranty OP wouldnt have posted here lol

 

Valve covers are often the first thing to leak and if it's running down the side or side / rear corner of the engine from near the top, that's the culprit. RPM Garage in Monrovia gets my #1 recommendation.

 

Since your truck is pretty new, as far as dealers go I’ve been happy with Cabe.
