That’s cool. An angled S2 would be dope as well

It was a consideration, but nothing has happened. Maybe down the road :)

Yes an angled s2 would be sweet! I would use 1 for a porch light on my teardrop trailer.

It's already a very compact light and the reflectors make it difficult to angle the housing. I'll see if it's still being considered.

Yeah i have had my eye on them for a while now. Thinking about swapping out my squadron sport ditch lights for some S2s. Then thought about putting the squadrons on the teardrop for "area/work lights".

They would still work as i could just point them down, but less moving parts is always better...

I keep hoping for a single LED setup. that squadron angled one is a nice camp setup, but its SOOOOOOOO bright lol. I dont need that much light

This is the best I could come up with. I recessed some S2’s and angled them downward.

An S2 or a single LED would be awesome!

I agree, the squadron would be a rad work light, but its CRAZY bright for a camp site.

My suggestion.. throw a adjustment knob on the bottom of the angled squads. So you can dial down the brightness for camping/working/etc. Even my S2’s with diffussed lens are a tad too intense when camping in total darkness. Or a smaller single emitter unit (like the *cough Rigid ignite)

Right now there aren't any plans to offer an adjustable unit. We do have customers running the Squadron Sport with very few complaints. The Pros are definitely bright for camping and some like to adjust them with a Switch Pros or sPod type unit. The Angled S2 was initially an idea, but doesn't look like it's going anywhere. If anything changes I'll update this thread.

I’m thinking of using the BD rock or dome lights on an angled aluminum back. Love the idea of their dome light, but they do get warm. Without doubt think they would provide ample light for camping.
