I’m writing this up to see if anyone else has had terrible luck with Alpharex and then even worse customer service when trying to get help with issues. If your are interested you may want to read over this first before purchasing.

I bought the 05-11 Alpha back NOVA series lights and the LUX tail lights. After under 2 years the headlights starting having issues and I was sent a warranty replacement set, now 1 year later I’ve had yet another issue but their warranty doesn’t reset with each light it’s 2 years from date of purchase so I’m not covered anymore according to them. The taillights have had moisture in less than a year and now the drivers side has started causing hyper-flashing. I’ve tried calling but keep getting directed to send text messages for help but the response time has been hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll get quick responses, other times it will be days before I hear anything back.

If anyone else has had issues did you ever get it resolved in a positive way or were you just left high and dry by their BS warranty?

I also noticed there’s nowhere to leave a product review on their site and got me wondering if that was on purpose?

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I love their designs, but I constantly see issues written up and poor customer service claims. I won’t gamble on them, but wish they were better durability.

Don’t get me wrong I love the look! I want nothing more than them to be a great upstanding company but for the price I paid it’s really a huge let down on all fronts.

IM SORRY, but forget the looks! I paid $1,800 for brand new alpharex headlights on my Mustang. The main projectors went out in less than two weeks driving home from work at night! I tried to exchange, warranty, return….practically begged for someone to do something! Alpharex is on a whole new level of unbelievable screwing the consumer. Their customer service rep’s told me things that sounded illegal and everything in between to not honor their warranty on these NOT MADE IN THE USA junk! I’ve never been more shocked nor felt taken advantage of with any product manufacture period. I apologize again to the thread, but PLEASE warn everyone you can think of to NOT TOUCH ANY ALPHAREX PRODUCTS. I should stop now and spare everyone the disbelief in quality of product and customer service with a company that combines their brand name ON THEIR BOX with USA!

I've had the worst customer service experience with alpharex. They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with and wouldn't recommend a single thing from them unless you don't care about warranty or customer service.

My luxx taillights have started acting up while still under the warranty. I emailed them 2 times before they finally asked for a video of the problem, proof of purchase etc. I provided all the info and didnt get a response. I email again and they ask for the same info again and then never responded back. This happened 3 times to where I sent in all the info they asked for to where I filed a complaint with bbb and still havent heard from them. Complete shit company.

Whenever I see people complain about Alpharex lights I think about all the posts where people warn others NOT to get them... I'm not trying to just bad mouth you, @Sam239 , I'm just trying to point out this happens over and over again. Hopefully this will get others to stop buying them just cause they look cool or they say they have better performance than they really do.

Below is from your post a couple years ago about wanting to buy them. They were bashed for good reason, and you've added yet another reason to bash on them, customer service.
