    Can someone help me with my bulbs for my Tacoma I bought the PRO-Series Projector Headlights Alpha-Black for my 2012 and I want to upgrade the bulbs to an LED. Any recommendations? I know the headlights aren’t that great but I would appreciate any help.

    From the alpha rex sight- they use an H7 for both the low and high beam projectors.

    There's not a lot of true upgrade bulbs for H7, but Daniel Stern has a line on an osram product which uses an H9 bulb rebased on an H7 base.

    That's your best option. Take a look at the wiring, they will draw 10-15 more watts than the H7s you're running currently.

    Avoid LED retrofit bulbs. They're just not nearly as effective as a true halogen upgrade.

    @Toy_Runner was super kind.

    The headlights you purchased are a massive downgrade from stock, hence why you likely are looking to fix the problem. Unfortunately putting PnP LEDs in a halogen assembly will actually make it perform much worse than with the halogens. See the recommendations above for best option with your new assemblies, but performance will still be terrible even with the best bulb upgrade. OEM has the best optics by far in that it isn't even remotely comparable, and swapping that for some cheep crap Chinese lights cannot be made up by putting in better bulbs. You're best off putting in OEM assemblies and running performance halogen bulbs as covered in the headlight thread:
