All metal bed rails (like on the Nissan Frontier)?

    Evening

I tried searching the site and was not able to come up with anything. Has anyone replaced (not strengthened or reinforced) the bed rails/ rail system with an all metal system like what is in the Nissan Frontier truck?

Any companies at custom fab people that offer something like this. The plastic ones flex so much and I just can't get over it. I have a hard time trust them securing any real weight.

    Thanks

Thanks doording. all I could find in the search was people reinforcing them.

EDIT: those are not what I am after I think. I want the sliding pieces to be metal.

I have Tundra cleats on my rails. They are all metal.

Thanks for the hat tip! Those just do not look sturdy enough(as additional tie down points) to tie down a quad or dirt bike. Mainly I am after additional tie down points higher up on the bed (not the bed floor) to secure my motorcycle.

Then the corner reinforcements are probably what you need. They tie the side and front rails together and provide a tie down point suitable for motorbikes.

And why are the stock mounts insufficient? I haul my track bike in there all the time and tie off to them no problem. My track bike is 430 lbs. I use big ratchet straps on them, they work pisser for tying down a bike. I use all 4 of the sliding stock mounts.

800 lb bike. I am aware the stock 4 corner ones are sufficient. Was mainly concerned about additional tie down points that I can trust.

I'm saying I don't think you have to worry about using the metal rails. I use the corner mounts for the main job of holding the bike. I strap the forward frame to each of the corner bed mounts and ratchet strap the shit out of them, compressing my front shocks quite a bit. Bike isn't going anywhere at that point. Then I use the side rails to tie down to with the stock eye rings. They won't hold the entire bike, but for just holding side to side they will do the job. Even on a big, heavy bike.

I wouldn't trust the Toyota sliding cleats to hold a bike. My dads 11' doesn't have tie dowwns dow in the front of the bed, just the moveable v cleats. We loaded his motorcycle in the bed and used the cleats (all 4) to hold the bike. 1 of them snapped and the bike fell over denting the tank on the bed rail. My 13' has the cleats, but also mounts doen in the bed that I like.

They are rated 200# each if you are breaking them you got too much weight in the bed any way.
