Hello all, 2010 v6 4wd DBL cab owner here, love the beast, but I've been having issues with my camber for a while now and none of the shops (that I've tried so far) in my area can figure out how to get it to come into neutral. I do have a 4 inch drop bracket lift on the truck, which I'm assuming is why it's not coming into proper camber. The camber adjustment is maxed out, and I'm wondering if there's any way to achieve a bit more positive camber to get it to come in closer to zero as it's causing massive inner tire wear to the point where I've had to replace my tires after two years when the inside has double if not more wear than the outside. If an aftermarket upper control arm would allow for more positive camber or something else I don't know about that I could swap to get a bit more alignment leeway I'm interested, because this tire wear is a nightmare and I'm sure it's not great for the steering rack and front end suspension either. Thanks all

You have a print out of the specs? You could try a spc upper control arm going to give you the adjustability you need to correct it. Unless you have a insane amount of negative camber you shouldn’t see alot of wear usually that’s a toe issue or worn out suspension parts. any pics of the tires?

I’m about at 2.0 degrees of negative camber on my truck wear is decent

With my truck with 3 lift 285s I aim for 0 toe 0 camber and 3 to 4 caster.

Like stated inner tire wear is likely not due to camber. Just ask all the TTB of beamed 2wd guys.... they have HELLA camber changes and for the most part their tires wear mostly even.

Tire wear like you describe is likely due to bad toe in / toe out settings which is easily remedied.

Get us some pics looking at the front profile of the truck etc, suspension setup, camber tabs etc.

Copy, so it's likely toe, I'll check the specs when I'm off work but if I remember correctly the toe was good but camber was off but I'll get back to you on that.
Tire wear is all on the inside edge.
Got a new shop on the line as well but I'll get some full pics of the front end and specs up tomorrow but here's the tire wear.

Ok, I'll definitely double check the toe. Wouldn't be surprised if the guys at the tire shop just did a half assed alignment. They told me the camber was maxed out and they couldn't get it to come to neutral. This is now the second set of tires that have worn like this so the shop obviously isn't doin somethin right.

Ok here's the specs from alignment after I got my 2 new front tires last time, which was around two years ago. Says camber is fine so I dunno what the guy I just recently talked to is saying. Tire was out of toe but they supposedly got it back in. But I'm still having the same wear problem.
