Recently picked up a queen-size inflatable mattress cheap. Obviously the bed is too small for this thing to be completely inflated as intended, but does anyone know if it will work well enough if just inflated part way?

If that's not going to work out the way I'd like it to, can anyone recommend a good air mattress intended for the Tacoma bed?

    Thanks

Under inflated will work just fine. I do this in mine. The ones that are fitted for your bed are pricey. Especially for the rare usage.

    Fucking look it up
Piece of plywood that fits on top of the tire fender and in between the walls of the bed and lay on that

Bought a regular twin air mattress, an AirBedz, and then the Costco sleeping pad. The sleeping pad wins in ALL categories. Both air mattress' were great. Especially the AirBedz when my wife was with me. But they take up too much room, the AirBedz puts you to close to the roof of the topper and take up too much space when not in use, even deflated, and take too much time to set up (filling with air). And the sleeping pad is as comfortable as either air mattress. You can't beat the price from Costco either.
