I dunno. Some things I'm super ultra-orthodox about, and brats are one of those that need to be finished up over fire. I think it's a religious requirement or something - mandated by the Church of Lambeau Field or some such. Boiled in beer, onions, and garlic until set and firm, then browned on the grill over fire as The Great Packer in the Sky intended.

Or so I was taught by a CMSgt many years ago who was from Wisconsin.

That method will more than likely met greater results. However this one is probably much much faster and easier and still gets acceptable results in my book.

Did bacon for first time. 400 for about ten minutes, with crisper. Delicious

Also, blanched some bell peppers and then filled them with left over taco soup we added quinoa and cheese too. 390 for about ten minutes, no crisper plate. Wrapped them in tin foil. Delicious. Going to fill with chilli and cheese next time.

Nah, just the bacon. Tried toast before, but haven't figured that out yet. Haven't tried eggs.

    Hasselback potatoes.

    Delicious.

Boil them for 10 minutes. Slice them. Coat in butter and garlic. Air fry at 375 for 20 mins or so. 16174133192243932322166779716060.jpg

Bagel + cream cheese in air fryer @ 400 for 4ish minutes. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and seasoned salt (or Everything Bagel Seasoning). Enjoy!

I didn't take any pics because, well, I just don't normally do that, but if the opportunity presents itself...

...these are freaking awesome done up in the air fryer.

Not breaded, but the skin gets a nice crispiness to it and the sauce is awesome (cross between bulgogi and gojuchang - sweet and a little spicy). Definitely need the extra 4 - 5 minutes for "extra crispy" skin.
