This was just the start...Coyote Flat outside Mammoth was a moderately challenging trail and she performed flawlessly. Been on scores of adventures since and haven't had a single issue!

Thanks. It really cleans it up. Made mounting the winch a pain in the ass. Had to bolt the winch control box to the right corner inside the bumper, but it works. I have a video of me pulling UPS delivery trucks out of the snow somewhere around here...

You feel like the 4.88 gears are enough with the 35s and weight you’ve got?

5.29 seems like such a high gear ratio to me... Hard to imagine 4.88 wouldn’t be enough.

I wouldn't know the difference as I haven't experienced 5.29s. But the 4.88s are working really well.

I recently saw an iKamper about that size on an Impreza. Looked like a wing on that thing. The owners were either crazy short or endlessly hitting their head on it.

HA! It's not small, so I can imagine that looked ridiculous (insert Michael Scott thatswhatshesaid.gif).

The iKamper RTT is absolutely amazing though. Highly recommend.

It did. I tried a GIS and all the ones there are the right size for the Subby.
