I am sure mention before..not sure how to search for on this site...
What is consider best time to re- check all the nuts and bolts after doing mods?..like lifts kits..etc..
Is it best after one month, 100,500 miles..or even 2,500? or quarterly, semi-year..or every year?
I read about a few “horror stories” of things fallen out, extra rattles, etc

    Got any stories here?
    Aloha

I checked/retorqued after 500 and 1000 miles after my lift. I also added torque stripe on the nuts to quickly check if they loosen. Nothing was loose during either check. I also used locktite when I put things back together, with the exception of the top hat 3 nuts.
I also have checked the torque stripe a few times.
Wheels I check once after 100 miles or so.

After I did my lift I re-torqued the rear leaf U-bolts and wheels a week or so later. Everything else was cleaned properly, Loctite-d and torqued just once during assembly...
Also, I make sure anything I take apart or install gets either lock washers, nylocks, or Loctite when assembled.
