Are there any options for adding smooth fender flares that don't have the bolts? Something like the Appearance Package or OR fender flares?

I believe there are a few out there that are generic styles and a lot of modification/fabricating them to fit perfect... otherwise you're stuck with the bolt look or patch them off and paint them... wouldn't be difficult but not as ideal as finding some without either. maybe contact bushwacker and see if they can make some custom ones without the holes?

I actually ordered the complete OEM set from Toyota only to find out that it would require square type holes to be cut into the fenders. Not wanting to get involved in all that, I sent it all back. Keep us posted if you find a less intrusive option and I'll do the same. Good luck

I was looking for the same. The black ones on the OR are cheap as fuq. Mine are pitted and scratched to hell for 14k miles on the truck...might do something with them when I get bored during the winter. Maybe line them or something to make them more durable.

Good to know. I had their ventvisors on a Chevy years ago and they came with lifetime warranty. They replaced them 3 times on their dime. I'll buy these when mine start looking bad. Post pics if you decide to go this way, TacoFister.
