The same shit everyone else has.
    Sooooo.

I’ve basically given up hope finding the optional OEM “utility package” rear seat delete panel.

    upload_2023-10-18_16-37-31.jpg

    So.

I’d like to explore the options of fabricating something myself.

Already removed the bases and have a platform in their place.

    upload_2023-10-18_16-34-46.jpg

I’d like to ditch the seat backs and replace them with something flat like pictured above to utilize the wasted space the seats backs take up.

I’ve seen the seat panel removed and a molle panel installed but don’t necessarily want to go this route.

I’d much prefer to fabricate some sort of panel that would take the place of the seat back.

I have an idea of what I would do but would love to see what others have done to accomplish this.

    Thanks.

I went with the molle panel. So no help for you there. I keep going back and forth if I want to put a flooring over the footwell.

What I can suggest is when you open it up put some sound deadener in there. I think it really helps.

Here is mine, lots of cargo space with tie downs and 2 hatches to get into inside. It's bolted to cab back wall and floor.20230926_085227.jpg

what if you re use stock hardware attached to the seat to secure it

looking to do something similar on a DCSB like what KFlo did on YouTube; I believe he re used seatback components like latches, brackets, hinges, etc and moved them over to wood.

If you ever figure anything out let me know, I deleted everything in my access cab except the back panel. Would like to find utility package storage bin covers as well.

Sheit, I didn't know they made an OEM rear seat delete panel. I've always wanted to do that, the rear seats are useless

    Yep.

They’re impossible to find for a reasonable price though.

I used a MOLLE rear panel (would have preferred a solid one, but nobody seems to make for access cabs), put a breathable fabric over the soundproofing I installed, and built a deck that's big enough to slide a carry-on bag or a 500-600W battery under on either side.
