0E1ED07B-F556-4F5B-8F59-1B4FAA996B7B.jpg Hello, and thank you ahead of time for any advice or answers. I have a 2013 Tacoma access cab and unfortunately do not have the lower portion of the jump seats(seat pads and assembly). I’m looking for them and have not found a lot of info or ranges of years that will fit. I don’t have the utility package as headrest/belts/etc are installed so only the bottom is needed. Thanks again for any info

Thanks Jwctaco, I’ve called about 20 different junkyards in the past few weeks, checked carpart.com, eBay, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and let go with no luck so far. I have found 2010 and under but am unsure of the fitment. I’ve read 2010-15, but 2012-15 elsewhere so haven’t got a confirmation on that. Thanks again

I'm sure there are folks on this forum who have them laying around and would be willing to part with them.

Why did they switch to the useless jump seats? I would have preferred the old style in my 15. They are much more practical.

    A thing or two...
If the seat cushions are from a Tacoma and look like the ones in the picture, they'll bolt in. The exterior facelift was in 2012 and some interior changes around 2009/2010, but it doesn't matter as long as they look like the ones in your picture.

Any luck finding these? I recently bought a 2013 Prerunner access cab and have the same issue- didn’t come with rear seat bottoms. Have everything else (seatbelt, headrest). Just need the seat bottoms and I’ve searched everywhere :annoyed:

    Serious question, not bashing,

Does anyone ever even use these seats in the access cabs? I got my AC just for the added "stuff" space(i wouldn't even call it "cargo") in the cab without having to get the double cab. I'm continually on the fence with following many others in removing them altogether, as I've used them for people maybe 3 times in the 3+ years I've owned the truck. They do the job in a pinch but they're so damn uncomfortable and cramped that I feel bad sticking even a tiny person back there for any length of time, even with sliding the front passenger seat way up. Not to mention I'm very picky about my driving position and moving my seat around to make room in the rear driver side. MT problems lol.

Long post short, I'm surprised you don't see more of these jump seats for sale. So many people remove them and put in flat storage decks, dog beds, etc. I'd imagine anything 2.5gen ('12-'15) at least would fit, if not the whole '05-'15 range. Good luck

I removed mine, but they're not for sale.........In 2004 I purchased a Jeep Wrangler, removed the rear seat and put in a cargo box. Sold the rear seat. When I got ready to sell the Jeep, almost every interested caller asked if it had a "rear seat". I did sell the Jeep, but, I should have kept the rear seat...... Now when the Tacoma gets ready for a new home, it will go complete, all stock parts intact. FWIW

I'm sure this is better documented here on TW. I don't know exact years but from '05-'15 there were at least 3 different AC rear configs. Please correct any wrong info, had to really search to find these photos.

    This isn't exact but:
05-08 rear bottoms were flat and folded forward flat, back small and flat on rear panel
    AC rerar 3 05-08.jpg
    AC rear 2 05-08.jpg

09-12 rear bottoms folded, larger backs on rear panel, center speaker box between seats
    AC rerar 4 2010 sub.jpg

13-15 rear fold up bottoms large seat backs

    Good luck with your search!

I have the same year/interior and keep thinking about taking the seats out - in particular the part you need - but I would keep em b/c I don't like not having a complete interior..

I want to make a dog platform and have seen some good ones that sit on the seats so that might be the route I take so I don't have to take apart the rear interior..

Someone around here hopefully has what you need avail

PS: good job on the photos of all the 2nd gen AC rear seats!!
I wish I had the more bench like seat.

My GF had an 8 yr old when we hooked up. So it would get the occasional use, nothing of distance. I've added a dog deck, but left the seats for that rare occasion. Kid is 13 now and can still fold himself in there. To me the AC is the ideal iteration of the Tacoma. I'm on my 2nd one and you couldn't get me to consider another layout.

Fully agree, AC is absolutely the ideal platform. But the jump seats are a total joke and get in the way more than they get used IMO. I'd feel differently if they either had some kind of quick release to pop 'em in and out tool-free as needed, or if they somehow made them fold away into a less-obnoxious package. The headrests, especially, are more obstructive when folded down than up, but i prefer the rearward visibility when down.

Agreed. A quick release would be ideal. But I'll never let them go, so that area can always be restored to stock if necessary.

I’m sure this has been posted somewhere but will Gen 2 access cab jump seats (cushions) and headrests work in a Gen 3 Tacoma SR?

It's a niche occasion, but one of the things I don't like about the AC seats is that it prevents access to the two storage spaces underneath if you have a car seat. Our car seat can only fit in the center so it sits on both seats. Now I am wondering if I remove the seats if the car seat will still sit firmly in the middle section. I keep my air compressor and most of my road trip tools in there so not having to undo the car seat would be great!
