So anyone have some ideas on aftermarket performance parts for
    AC60F transmission?

I have a supercharger under the hood with 5.29 gears.

Need something to support that even tho it didn’t cause it. I want to beef it up if that’s possible.

Links and good sound advice is appreciated.

Probably upgrading the cooling capacity would be a good start.
I have never heard of someone "building" a Tacoma transmission, they don't really seem to fail very often.

    Definitely doing that for sure!

Yes mine decided to fail me I have a whole other thread for that one lol. But ill
have a surefire answer after 3rd party breaks it down. But while they are in it ill
be rebuilding and making it better than stock hopefully

There's a company in Australia that makes a heavy duty valve body...

Nomad makes a "heavy duty" valve body for the AC60 transmission, though it certainly isn't cheap:

    https://automatictransmission.com.au/shop/nomad-heavy-duty-valve-body-to-suit-toyota-hilux-6-speed/

I haven't found any upgraded 'hard parts' or even clutch packs for the AC60 yet, but if you start asking the companies that supply those clutches to the A/T rebuilders, I bet you'll find they can make them for you. Chances are there just hasn't been enough interest yet to bring HD clutch packs to market.

    They don't really fail though.
An article I read from a couple years back said heavy duty and commercial diesel application were burning up the B2 reverse clutch/disc.

if the supercharged didn't cause a premature failure, what did?

About the only thing you can really do is change your fluid often. "Often" is up to you... I wouldn't go more than 60,000 without a full fluid replacement. 20,000 if just a drain/fill.
I'd recommend 30,000 for full fluid replacement if you're 'hard' on it.

It has been challenging to find parts for the AC60F

I bought it at 40K so I have no knowledge if it was done and i put 18K on it just highway and lease road stuff went out on me unfortunately. Yota wont cover it ( i have another thread for the monkeys to argue on more than free to join.)

I am having a 3rd party tear down and make a true diagnosis of it. If it does determine that it wasn’t the supercharger I will go on from there.

The Hilux Diesel has a high output version that pushes 369 ft lbs of torque. The AC60 transmission may well have some upgrades to handle that number. Might be a good place to start looking.

I'd reach out to IPT transmissions and see if they make anything for the platform.

I believe it may also share some parts with the A750 and 760 series...

Here's a snippet from the article I referenced earlier...
Supposedly, the 6-cyl and diesel are the heavy duty application.
I defer to your parts knowledge...

The AC60E designation indicates a 2-wheel-drive unit, while AC60F represents the 4-wheel-drive version. There is also a light-duty and heavy-duty application. The difference is in the number of friction plates that are used inside the individual clutch packs. This would also coincide with the rated torque output of the engine: where the V-6 and diesel applications require the heavy-duty unit. The gear train components are identical in all AC60E applications.

That's good info... a quick search does prove the V6 and Diesel have extra discs and plates (7 discs and 6 plates) over the gas 4 cylinder 2WD (5 and 4). What else may be different? If we look at the A760F in the GX460, it receives 8 and 7.
