Your AC vent is leaking water? That makes no sense dude. Do you mean water is leaking out of the bottom of your dash onto the floor, or the drain tube on the outside of the truck is dripping water?

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
If there is water on the ground outside, it is normal.

If it is water on the passenger floorboard and it has been really humid and the ac was going a long time, it may also be sort of normal.

If there is water on the floorboards and it isn't crazy humid and you haven't been running it all day, the drain may be plugged and the water is backing up into the cab.

Or there is a leak from something else...

Drain tube leaks water it's the condenser working, and extracting moisture from the cabin air. if you are refering to water leaking in the cabin, then you most likely have a blocked drain tube, or cowl vent drain blockage.. use a coat hanger and poke up in through the drain under the passenger side if water and debris comes out, its clogged, and you probably need to drop the airbox, or get a small vacuum nozzle through the cabin filter port (behind the glovebox), and suck up as much debris as you can. otherwise this involves either removing the airbox, or at least the blower motor to clean out the airbox (havent dug into the tacoma that far yet,, so I am unsure about this one).. but first bet would be to clean out the cowl...
