Does anybody know of a reliable mod like this for an 03 tacoma? ever since I bought the truck new the AC was terrible in california. Now living in Arizona it is almost useless unless you are constantly moving on the highway. I would like to have an upgraded fan that blows harder so feet and face get alot of air.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
It sounds like your condenser needs a real good cleaning your unable to remove enough heat fast enough without being in motion.

I never heard of a high output Blower motor then I never looked have you searched at all?

Running on high the blower motor does not move enough air Has the duct work been cleaned or Checked for leaks??

Increasing rpm by increasing Voltage to the motor might be an interesting idea to explore .

Finding a squirrel cage to move more air would takes lots of work and $$$

Yep I agree, no air across the cond. to remove the heat, usually that's a sign of blocked air movement or a partially plugged cond. Maybe putting in some pusher fans would help especially for idle or low speed conditions. but going down the highway it should operate fine.

I would think about repair/maintenance before a "mod" per se. My 1st Gen blows very fast, cold air with the stock set up.

1st gen AC’s work very well in 110+ heat when working correctly. It does not need extra pusher fans for this, OP just needs to have it checked and repaired/serviced.
