So my brother works for Honda and gets a new vehicle every year. This time he decided to get a Ridgeline. It's my first time up close and personal and decided to snap some pics. He and my sister-in-law like it. Although they do admit it does not look much like a truck. The photo from the back is the only one that looks like it's a truck. The two-way opening of the tailgate and the storage space under the bed is really cool though. I wouldn't mind if the Taco had it.

I'd hate to get a flat, when loaded up for a camping trip.

Guessing an oversized tire won't fit either.

For 99% of people the ridgeline would be fine. The looks for me is what would keep me from buying it

Yeah that would not be fun. There's no doubt it's for city driving.

I have to admit I’m impressed with the engineering of how they hacked off a unibody design and still made it stuff enough. It has some neat features too.

But at the end of the day it is not a pickup truck. It’s a niche that works for some.

There needs to be two trucks in order to compare or have conversations

I saw a black Ridgeline in Truckee a while back. It was lowered with fat wheels/tires. Looked pretty cool.

I'm sure it would leave me in the dust. My truck is heavy and slow.

These 2 are the only things I miss about my Ridgeline! Very cool how the tailgate opened up 2 ways!

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    would 265/70/16 fit without rubbing?

It’s so low to the ground by comparison. From the front it looks like car

This would be me, and I don't mind the looks (though I don't like the first one). Had this been out I'd have looked at it while shopping for my taco. I bought it for the bed space, not to wheel. While I've fixed the issue, I'm not happy to have had to fix my sagging leaf springs and the small can of worms it opened. And had I been able to see the future and my trucks' need for a new frame and all hard lines I'd have bought the Honda. Sure, I've been approved and am waiting for a replacement on Toyotas' dime, but I'm not looking forward to having to maintain it from now on. I expect to have to change my oil, not fluid film my frame twice a year, but I guess that's what I'll be doing when I get it back or it's going to happen all over again, to be repaired on my dime. I plan on driving for at least several more years, but when replacement time comes I'll probably end up in the Ridgeline.
