Is there no way to lift a pre 83 Toyota Pickup?

So far haven’t found much information on cranking torsion bars, lift spindles or ball joint spacers.

Looks like a 1-1.5” body lift can be bought through 4 crawler.

Also looking for a 5 to 6 lug adapter for my front wheels as I plan to upgrade rear end to a 8” 6 lug or possibly try to find one with a factory e locker

I've worked on those, I've seen the adjusters break on the torsion keys and put a hole in the floor pan.

Basically you lift it using torsion bars, puck body lifts and leaf springs.

That specific toyota in your picture is 100% the slowest vehicle I've driven in my 17 years as a mechanic. I couldn't believe how slow it was. Even compared to VW mini buses lol.

Is there anyway to swap on 84+ front suspension? That way could utilize some lift spindles?

I haven’t purchased it yet. Just trying to find ways to ad some clearance and try to get some 31s under it. I’m sure a 1” BL wouldn’t be overly difficult.

I have a 1KZT engine and 5 speed for it. If I buy it maybe swap next winter.

This is what I found out and will try most likely if I make a deal on this 1978 Toyota Chinook Omega.

ROCKWELL Part # RV205 or NAPA part # 277-5264 Saab 900 rear spings.
    Factory Saab 900
    ID 3 5/16" 3.3"
    OD 4.5" 4.6"
    9 coils 9 coils
    FH 12" 12.44"

KYB SM5549 on the bottom with OEM Saab 900 rear spring isolator, haven't found part number yet...?

    Top spring spacers
