Installed their bumper today. Stout, sleek, all kinds of other cool words. Utilized factory bolts. Great fit. Would consider it a no cut high clearance.

 

Looks stout. How were the welds?

 

Truthfully, no clue. I’ll take some pics close up tomorrow.

Welds look good under the paint there. Nice, consistent beads and good fitment beteeen the tubework.

I was looking at one of their rear bumpers, as I want to integrate the tow hitch into the bunoer for clearsnce. But it will be a ways off for me, I just finally got my front bumper on

 

Was in a similar spot. Had a rear with tire carrier. Too much weight. And a terrible departure angle.
Went this route to cut weight and improve clearance.
Did require a hitch with a 12” drop. And I’m currently talking with 80% to fab drop hitch supports. Maybe something they’ll end up offering on their site. Ground to bottom of hitch came in at 28.5”.
Can’t beat the price. Very few options of similar style

 

Took the truck out to see Nick yesterday at 80%. He fabbed up some drop hitch supports between the Bulletproof 12” drop hitch and the BAMF shackle hangers he installed. Excited to hit the road with a travel trailer.
