Hey everyone!! Merry Christmas first of all (not happy holidays)

I just bought a light bar for the front of my 2011 Tacoma and I'm having trouble trying to figure out if I want to put three 6 inch or 3 8 inch round off road lights (by pro-comp) on the front.

My problem is I don't want the lights to be to small and look gay and I don't want them to be too big either. I know the look I'm going for but I'll be damned if I can find ANY pics online of tacomas with ROUND 6 and 8 inch off-road lights!!? I never thought it'd be this difficult to find pics.

Can you guys (that might have this set up?) send me pics of what you did and the SIZE you went with as I'm dying to buy these lights but I know if I just go and buy them I'll more than likely buy the wrong size and have to return them.

Thanks in advance for all your help and have a great Christmas everyone!!

When I was deciding on what size lights to use, I cutout circles from cardboard in the sizes of the lights is was looking at buying.

6 inch KC lights behind stoshi billet grill. I would have liked 7 or 8 inch lights but I already had the kc's. temp.jpg

I have 4 6" inside the grill, which, for inside the grill, are perfect imo.

But if I were mounting outside I would definitely get big ass Lightforce lights.

Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
I have a pair 8" KC Pro Sport lights mounted on a N-Fab light bar. I planned on mounting them behind the grill, but I got greedy and went with the 8" instead of the 6". After taking the front of the truck apart I came to the conclusion that it was unpossible. I'm happy with the lights, they are switched using a sPOD and work very well. The N-Fab bar I had to drill out some holes and buy some washers to use as spacers to make it look perfect.

I've got a set of Lightfoot's 8.5" on some A pillar brackets and they light up the road with barely any glare on the hood.

Okay here is my 3 cents worth. Like you I considered both sizes. Even got some to try out which did a better job. Finally used the one's I had behind a satoshi grill. Maybe this will give you an idea what the six and eight inch size look like.

EDIT: whoops, I just noticed you already made your purchase. Good job on going with 6", I think those will look best!

Here is a another picture of a Tacoma running our stuff, but not in the grille like you're looking at. @MalooTheRoo is running some of our lights, as seen in the picture below (the black 3rd Gen) and a Tundra shown. We have many options for rounds from our Pro6 line, to the Pro-Sport line, or the classic looking Daylighter lines. Below the Black 3rd gen, are a photos of LEDs lights in the Pro6 pair, followed by the Pro-Sports, then the Daylighters (also on the red Tundra).
