    Me too :fistbump: thanks
Cardiologist thinks I’m possibly moderately clogged up :notsure: always had a cholesterol problem and allergic to statins . Been using the Repatha injection for a while Praluent before that then insurance wouldn’t pay for it . I told my cardiologist that I seem to be more short of breath than ever before so that’s the reason behind these tests . :fingerscrossed: I still walk 2-5 miles almost daily and most of it in the woods so lots of up and down hills . Trying to eat healthy is a real challenge though :anonymous:

Two weeks ago I went in for a calcium CT scan, an ultrasound of my heart, and a stress test, kind of a pain; good luck and let us know the results.

In other news, I'm heading off to the city of Lost Wages today for the Google Next convention; I've never been much of a gambler, but I may play a few hands of Blackjack. :)

Good morning... Just another day in paradise!

I have a Zoom meeting today with a popular TV show's producer regarding a location in Baja.
In 2019, a similar meeting ended up with me guiding a crew for the show America Unearthed (with Scott Wolter)... It was great fun to film with them for three days but a bit sad that all that time ended up being just four minutes of the episode (Vikings in the Desert)! (Travel Channel Season 4 opener)

I wrote about that trip: https://www.bajabound.com/bajaadventures/bajatravel/tv_goes_to_baja.php
Here are the few minutes that the show was in Baja California with me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7qPoqHSPXE

    Ain't it though... I sympathize.

We eat a lot of fresh and not processed foods... but pastries are my kryptonite. And I just can't seem to get a handle on quitting if there's anything left. That little extra is better in the trash but it's like I have a magnet drawing it to my belly.

Sit down at a Texas Hold'um table, especially if it's a "nickel roll" (cheap) tournament that's over in two/three hours. Anybody can play Blackjack...

My wife and I go to Vegas once a year for R&R and have a great time. Wouldn’t want to live there but we enjoy our brief visits. While you are there see a show or two, they are world class, fabulous. We are not big gamblers but dabble some. And as Travir says sit down at a Texas Hold um table, great fun. If you are a people watcher walk around the strip, a very interesting people show. Dining is unbelievable. Here’s just 2 suggestions, Hash House A go go. Their breakfasts are amazing, great lunches and dinners. For top elegant dinner dining try Beauty and Essex. The food, service and ambiance are world class. A unique dining experience. We go there every time we are in Vegas. Not cheap but worth every single penny. There are a zillion other things to do in Vegas, you won’t be bored. Enjoy.

Pastries and sweets are my downfall too. They are my little addiction. I have the same magnet.

@Sprig mentioned the shows in Vegas... You should call ahead and get a reservation (probably too late for that) to go to "Mystere" (sp) at Treasure Island. Any of the Cirque du Soleil shows are amazing. After seeing one I flew family down to see it. And they are all different every night. I could spend a lot of money on them if I lived there.

Good morning. Yesterday's eye doctor visit was great, just keep up what I am doing. Hit a new PB with the step count too. Going to visit my cousin today. Not a busy day
