Sup guys, I have a 1998 Toyota tacoma extra cab 4x4 Supercharged with a 3 inch leveling lift kit installed.

I know a lot of you guys dont like this 6 inch kit im getting installed, but i just want the truck for looks and the occasional easy trail here and thier.
That being said, I'm trying to find tires and wheels for this setup. I have been looking at quite a few forums, but none seem to tell me much. I would really like some 15" wheels and some beefy mud tires. I dont want to change my gear ratio either.

    Everything you said is....wrong.

You don't gain anything from a drop bracket lift.

spend that money on a nice Icon lift or an Old Man Emu kit.

Do what you want for tires, but don't waste your money on a terrible lift.

Where are you located OP? I’m working on swapping from a big lift like that back towards stock. If you’re anywhere near me we might could work something out. Mines a pro comp but I don’t know the size of the lift bc it was on it when I bought it. I definitely have some nice summit tires 275 65 16 that’ll likely be too big when I switch back. Got some black rims too that are like new and I don’t like them. All of it was already on the truck. It’s a long shot but let me know. I’m in Tennessee/Kentucky.

Like I said in the post I know people don't like this lift because it doesn't act too much clearance on the bottom I don't really care about that I'm trying to get my truck big for looks not for trail riding I just want a bigger truck without having to buy a Ford F350. Pus from stock with a 6-inch Lift Kit and bigger tires it will still add my three and a half inch lift that I already have on it with the tires. So it really wouldn't make much of a difference in my clearance. I plan to change the front shocks to Reservoir coils in the future and I also plan to take out the blocks in the rear of this lift kit and put a 6 inch rear leaf springs

    Hint.

It will only look hawt to the ignorant. To anyone who knows anything about trucks, it will look like a poseur. Drop bracket lift and mud tires on a street driven truck screams lousy ride, noisy ride, poor handling/stopping.

Yea, I'm aware of the whole 'leave him alone it's his truck and his money' theme. But jumping off a building is a choice too, and most of us encourage folks not to do that.

Op asked a simple question in his post. I don't think he really cares what your personal opinions are. If you can't assist in his question maybe you should stop making ignorant post to increase your post count.

OP Asked a simple question and a simple response was given.

If he knows what he wants to do and cannot be reasoned with then why even post? To validate his own opinion and beliefs?

There are literally hundreds of resources on this website and abroad that can help source 15 inch wheels, countless reviews of tires and wheels, there is even a thread in this very forum which has photos and specs of peoples wheel/tire combos.

Hey man, I’ve gotta 2nd gen with the 6” RC, I still wheel just like you can wheel with a completely stock suspension.......you can also later on upgrade to the higher application coil overs for a smoother ride when it can fit into your budget. Keep in mind while yes it is a drop bracket lift, your larger wheels/tires will allow for a few more inches of clearance so it’s not going to make you a poser/mall crawler if you decide to go with it. I’m in love with my application and it works great for hunting/fishing/camping. If you were rock crawling every single day to get to work I’d agree with some people on finding a different application. But for what you want it for, it’ll make you happy, and will still be some what practical compared to completely stock.

Your response was nothing more than bashing his set up.. He simply asked about tire / wheel setup for his application not your personal opinions on his lift.
