Not a real 5th wheel travel trailer if that's what you mean.

Depending on trim/payload some Tacomas can handle the lightweight Scamp 5th wheels.

I've seen tacos with goosneck hitches before but never a 5th wheel, those are generally reserved for 3/4 ton and up trucks.
Unless you have something light that happens to have a 5th wheel or just need to move a 5th wheel around off highway there would be no point it having a 5th wheel hitch in a Tacoma, it's just not a big enough truck to safely tow one.

Reason i ask is that my taco has a tow package on it and should be able to tow 6500 and some 5th wheels are around that weight.

Those are the only two currently produced 5th wheel travel trailers I know of that the Tacoma can pull. You'll be best off towing a trailer with a maximum weight of around 5000lbs wet, the Tacoma is not a good tow vehicle. It is adequate, but if you're going to tow with any kind of frequency and any kind of weight then you should buy a larger truck.
