So I accidently bought some second hand billstien 6112 from a 5th gen 4runner for my 2nd gen tacoma without doing research but now I found out that the lower bushing that connects the LCA to the shock is bit wider than 2nd gen taco, but it can be shaved down a mm or 2 and should fit right in? Has anyone done this swap even if it's regular suspension from 5th gen to a tacoma 2nd or 3rd gen?

That's not uncommon to do, to retrofit it. Just make sure the coils aren't too soft or short, as a Tacoma needs stronger and taller ones than a 4Runner to get the same lift height out of them.

Yeah the ones I bought came with 700lbs eibach springs as well and they are on 7th circlip setting for both shocks

Yes, take measurements. The lower bushing will have to be slightly modified.

You can likely just bend the ears more open on the LCA to squeeze them in. I have done it before. Hammer and pry bar.
