5th gen 4runner icon coilovers and shocks on a 2nd gen.

I have a guy local selling icon shocks and coilovers. I'm wondering if they would fit my 2007 Tacoma. He said they're for 5th gen 4runners. Also says for the 4runners it would give a 3 inch lift. Would they fit and would it actually give me a 3 inch lift?

 

I would call Icon. The front suspensions on all mid size toyotas are similar. But, spring rates, valving, KDSS. Are enough different to require at least in inquiry. Also I doubt the rear shocks are the same, 4 link with a panhard vs leaf sprung, truck payloads, so on. At the very least they could be valued differently. Call Icon
