Getting some free steelies from a buddy's 5.slow, and they just barely clear the brake calibers, but maybe paper thin clearance so I'm pretty sure under hard braking, flexing, expanding, there will be contact.

So I need just the smallest of wheel spacers, but am afraid of the horror stories of vibration and other issues.

Anyone make a good ~5mm hub centric spacer for the 6 lug? Ichiba seems to make really nice thin spacers (version 1), but only for the 5 lug...

There are the cheepo 'fits everything' thin spacers from autozone and the like, but was hoping to get something more specific to our truck, hub centric to address vibration issues, but something really thin--- not really afraid of ankerman angle, bearing life etc etc when I'm moving the tires out ever so slightly, but don't want vibration issues and such.

If its that close just grind/file the caliper a little where it would rub.

To use one of those spacers youd want extended lug nuts aswell. On the front anyways

X2. Clearance the calipers. OR, go full montey and just use 1.25" spacers. I know.... Rubs will occur.

No grinding the caliper, know personally (not interwebz) of peeps going too far and creating a leak-- I guess there are some spots where there is not much metal before hitting a fluid space/chamber/line.

Maybe the 1.25", they seem to have a strong rep here, and give room for Tundra calipers in the future haha

In the mean time to get this things on while I have the chance/time, I'm going to get a 1/4" non-hubcentric from 'the zone' and see how that fares for local drives and go from there.

maybe .75" Bora spacers would be the nice middle ground.

Matrix or Corolla rear lugs for the front. Leave the stock lugs in the back. Use a cheap parts house spacer.
